In-Shop Service - $50.00 per hour *
You can drop off your computer, laptop, tablets, Xbox, Xbox 360 all we usually need is the "box". We do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords. For laptop repairs, please also bring the power cord. You just bring it to me. We will diagnose it, then call you with the estimate. Most repairs are complete in 2 business days or less. Evening appointments are available on request.
On-Site Service Call - $99.98 per hour *
We make service calls to areas within 15 miles of downtown Marysville, WA. Requires someone 18 years or older to be present. By appointment only.. 1 hour minimum charge. $50.00 call out fee/travel charge will be added for anything outside of 15 miles from Marysville, WA.
Free 15 minute phone or in-shop diagnostic *
Please call JPC when you have a computer service need. We will spend up to 15 minutes giving you free advice. Sometimes a problem can be resolved quickly over the phone. If the problem requires a service appointment, we can schedule that too. * For In-Shop and On-Site diagnostics: If all repairs are declined, then there will be a diagnostic charge of $50.00.

Remote Service - $50.00 per hour *
Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. We provide remote computer support for error messages, a slow computer, email problems, and much more. If your computer can still open a browser and see this site, we can usually fix it remotely. Just click on remote support to get started. By appointment only. Evening appointments are available on request.
