Our Remote Computer Support provides fast, secure, on-demand access to remote PCs, Macs and Servers for end-user support from any location in the world.

Customer Assurance

  • Customers must permit a technician to use each Support System function (Remote Control, Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect)
  • Customers can choose to terminate the session at any time
  • Easy to make connection, simply download and run a small Customer Applet to start the session.
  • All traces of the Customer Applet disappear from the remote PC when the session is finished.

Internet connection
Minimum is a modem connection. 64 Kbit/s DSL or Cabel recommended.
