How fast can you guys get my computer fixed?
The answer to that question depends of course on what’s wrong with your computer. We take a lot of pride in our quick turn around rate though and you can count on us getting your computer fixed and back to you in no time flat.
How much do you charge?
Our prices are comparable to what Best Buy’s Geek Squad charges. So there’s that. We can get away with this because our business is a small family business so we have nowhere near the overhead our competitors do. The good news is we can pass that savings along to you!
Do you guys work on iPads?
At this time we prefer not to. For basic things we can help. Please call and ask if we can help with your iPad issues.
Can you guys save information I lost from my hard drive after it crashed?
More often than not we can save your files after a hard drive gives out. Just bring it in so we can take a look at it and we can go from there.
Can you replace cracked or broken laptop screens?
You bet we can. Depending on the model of your computer the price to replace them is sometimes quite low even.
My hinges are broken on my laptop. Can you fix them?
You bet. It’s a simple fix so you can count on getting your computer fixed and ready before you can even miss it.
Do you do house calls?
We love doing house calls. What’s more we don’t charge any extra for them either. We believe in taking care of our neighbors because not all of them can conveniently get in to our shop with their computer.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturday we’re available from 10 AM to 6PM.
